| Looked class last night. Footwork, speed and power. I do love a good LF who can play like that. Don't like the whole third prop stuff. Against my best wishes, get the lad signed up, he's a real talent.

| He had a superb game last night. His footwork as he approached the tackle was excellent. He caused Wigan more problems than any other Saints forward. he seems to have shed a bit of weight which has helped his mobility.

| Get him hitched to a career minded st Helens lass.
Works wonders better than any contract.

| He was superb last night. Really took it to Wigan. That play where he threw off 3 Goons like the Hulk was fantastic.

| Quote: Albion "Wasn't used as much as he should have been last night. Only came on really because jones took a knock.'"
But the fact that he was so fresh when he did come on meant that his impact was greater.

| Really hope we can get the big chap tied to a long term deal. He has a huge future ahead of him.

| Post on Redvee mentions a rumour Savelio has signed for Warrington. That would certainly be a big FU to the club after all they have done over the past few years. Hopefully just agent talk.

| I'd be gutted if this were true. He is such a fantastic prospect and losing him to them would be hard to face. To those in the know, why? Money? If so, the decision to give Matty Dawson another deal looks rather daft, he could have had that money. With Jones also departing, it would be a worry. With Mose also rumoured to be off, our strength in depth in the pack will disappear overnight.

| I'd be so annoyed if he went. What a kick in the teeth that would be. He lives in Warrington though doesn't he?
He'll be in the NRL soon anyway. Would just use the wolfs as a stepping stone like Clarke has tried to maybe?

| One of his best mates Joe Grimes is telling evryone that Andre has indeed signed for Warrington. Probably the reason he was left out last week. If true i'm gutted.

| Sounds like McManus or Rush have ballsed up spectacularly here. The suggestion being put about is that Warrington offered him a lot more than we did. If this is true WTF are we playing at ?
Sounds an awful lot like the GF win last season has set us back five or six years and we're back to trying to do it on the cheap. If the rumours are true Warrington have signed Gidley, Lineham, Sandow and Savelio. Wigan have signed Sam Tomkins, why are we shopping at Price Slice?
Tell you what, our pack is going to be garbage next season. A couple of injuries and we'll be up the creek. Mose, Jones and Andre going and only Tasi coming in leaves us way short. That is forgetting the potential Savelio had.
Some of the stuff being said is ridiculous as well. Why should he accept a much lower offer from Saints?

Oh dear. I bit my lip last time. Let's not forget it's still nothing more than rumour...
KC has said there will be 2 or 3 more signings to come. Currently we sit at Jones, Hohaia and Wellens out and Tasi, SMD, Haggerty and another to be announced in. Pretty solid if you ask me. If/ when more leave, I'm sure there will be replacements. Davies, Knowles, and Ashworth will start pushing for spots in the pack, and all have equally good potential at the moment as well, maybe even Levy depending on how he develops. That's on top of the established Wilkin, Vea, Greenwood and Thompson who are already established. It's looking totally awful to me
Savelio is not worth the money of Percival, Thompson and Richards COMBINED. We have a lot of good youngsters coming through and the club shouldn't be held to ransom. No player is bigger than the club - remember Andy Bracek?

Simple because Warrington currently have no juniors who are good enough apart from Currie. If Saints gave Savelio a bumper pay packet then Greenwood etc... would of wanted something similiar. Saints probably offrd Andre a small offer with the promise that after 12 months we check his progress and give him a pay rise.

| Saddened, I like you mate but you are incredibly pessimistic.
We've got a great pack for next year. Masoe leaving in my opinion doesn't weaken us at all. He's lazy, and doesn't put a shift in so he can leave for me. We've signed the lad from Salford so that's a positive with hopefully more signings to come. We'll be strong again for next year.
I don't want to slag Savelio off because until it's confirmed then it's just rumours, however, if he has signed for them then good, I don't want players who aren't committed to the shirt. If it was a move to the NRL or to Union then fine, I can understand their desire to prove themselves on that platform...but to move to our rivals down the road for a bit of extra dosh, I don't respect that. I can only imagine that kind of attitude dragging down the mood a bit in dressing room too.
