I know your game, trying to jinx us

Its a long season, no doubt we'll have our fair few before October. If we can keep Roby, Walsh, Walmesley, Amor, Lomax fit for the majority i think we'll do ok. I'd add Wheeler to that as he's started the season brilliantly but its too much to hope!

I'm happy to let him play his way back into the game - given his past I'm just happy for him to be back on the pitch. I'm sure he'll run more as he regains confidence.

To be fair to Wheeler he did not get many chances to take on the Hull defence especially in the first half. As you say though his defence was very good.

On the subject of taking the line on, has Luke Walsh been tackled yet, as he actually played the ball in a saints shirt yet?

(Not having a go at Walsh before you all flood in telling me how good he's been)

He got tackled against Batley and knocked on, other than that I don't think so.

He was tackled once v Warrington I think!

Belfair have given us 1/3 against Salford; not worth a bet.

Such a shame chase isn't playing. Would have been a cracker with him on the pitch.

Been reading what everyone has been saying about players etc.. In particular Wello, and I suspect he is justifying his spot on the bench even if most "experts" on here have made up their mind he is past it.
He is gonna have to be good to keep a fully fit Flanagan out though.

Its been a testing start to the season, but we're going well. Salford will be looking at us as a scalp that could make a big statement. Hopefully we'll blow them out of the water, though.

You will have by the end of the night. Shame Masoe isnt playing, fireworks between the two would have been worth the entrance fee alone.
