Won't say "I told you so" but "I told you so!!"
You won't get 1% of commitment while there are jobs in Oz up for grabs.
Even if it's just speculation it's unsettling to the Club, the fans and more importantly the players, either commit 100% to the club with no Oz getout clauses or bugger off back home.

Well if he's been working there he may have picked up some fresh ideas and maybe an idea on a few younger players who may not be hitting the first team yet. They might be able to serve an apprentiship over in SL.

It's interesting to hear that he's been working at Melbourne. Assuming he gets here it can only be a good thing to have a coach who has an insider's perspective on how things are run at a club like that.

Absolutely! How we can ever be expected to compete with the big clubs again when all we're prepared to do is pay massive wages for the best possible available coaching candidates and sign Australian international players is just beyond me... |

Quite interesting that the Wests Tigers speccies seem to be pretty torn between Sheens, Brown, Potter and a hatful of other ex SL coaches, like Morgan, Parish, Anderson and Tony Smith. Clearly, they havent seen such of these boys, or they wouldnt be creaming themselves about the likes of Potter and Justin Morgan. Either that, or the standard of NRL coaches really is poor.
