If warrington want the entertainers they can fill in a parlimentary e poll and then go whistle. One season of high points scoring does not make up for a century of drudgery.

As the pie eaters are prone to pointing out, RL didn't start in 1996.

Nor did it start in 2007.

And as we like to point out its the here and now that counts. No strike centre, rookie halfbacks and a fullback with the pace of an arthritic snail means for the moment we are not exactly the most entertaining team around.(for the moment)
