Flower has an excellent record, it is the first time he has been charged with any offence. As Thaler awarded the penalty against Perry, the ban was probably something to do with his report.

What a joke, Saints should appeal without a doubt.

I'm not blaming Flower or any bias to Crusaders, but Perry hasn't been up in his time in the UK either so it can't really be past records and they were both charged with the same offence.

I'm interested on seeing the disciplinary's report, but I'd be amazed if Saints didn't appeal with evidence of all the other one on one fights that didn't warrant a ban to either pugelist.

It makes you wonder why Thaler didn't just give them both a yellow card and that would have been the end of it. Do the fines go to the rflbf?

They could get at least 5 of those with Peacock involved, and a list as long as my arm for things that Bailey should have been done for in the past.

It won't matter though, as the RFL are like FIFA but without the progression of the game.

Yellow card is the normal procedure for fisticuffs I agree, not sure why this didn't happen. Have to see when the RFL fill the report section in.

Apparently Perry got the ban as he was the instigator, be nice to see all instigators of fights to receive the same punishment from here on in.

Don't know, I think it can be done before Friday though, it would be a joke if you couldn't even appeal.

I think Ryan Bailey has twittered the RFL.................explaining he doesn't want to get into a fight with that bloke Perry.

As it's already late afternoon on Wednesday it would need to be done Thursday.

Report hasn't been filled in yet. As he did actually fight I'd guess the plea was guilty, but shouldn't of received a ban.

Club will decide tonight whether to appeal I would imagine. In all likelihood that will happen tomorrow and it will stay the same!
