Leon is playing well, however he was playing well early last season, then about half way through his form vapourised.

I think there are stronger contenders for Man of Steal than Leon at present.
For a start i think Graham and Eastmond at Saints have been playing better.

At Wire Matt King has looked awesome, and at Wigan, Amos Roberts has been on fire.

My post was tongue in cheek as it far too early yet to decide, but I wouldn't disagree with your nominees thus far.

Bit too early to be calling for anyone to be MOS,,,8 games in,,.Seen rave reports on Pryce so far this season and like someone said he has to front up..Roberts, Pryce,& Matt King, have had thier critics in the past,but let*s take a deep breath and see how they progress through the season.

Darren Albert never won a MOS so Amos as got no chance!!

Darren was twice the player. Not only was he a classy player like Amos but hes defence was amazing.

MOS is now decided by the players, as good of a player Darren Albert was the goalposts have moved since he was at his peak

Amos Roberts should get MOS for the side step on Dixon at Cas alone.

Albert was good player, you can't say he wasn't because radlinski went past him once.

Radlinski was the most overrated player ever. The Wigan team of his time were shocking.

I think you will find that KC was voted best player in super league history by fellow super league players.

Yup, he's soooo overrated. It's pure coincidence that when he's off the field Saints collapse like a house of cards isn't it.

He is a good player yeah but he isn't the best SL player ever IMO, from 2001 to 2004 Terry Newton was the best 9 in SL, James Lowes was better also but that's not to say Cunningham was bobbins he wasn't.

If Cunningham has been the best player of the SL era why hasn't he ever been close to winning the MOS award? I think my judgement on Cunningham is a little harsh due to him bottling it for GB on numerous occasions.

This isn't a Wigan fan bias against Saints because if Sean Long would have recieved the award I would have fully agreed.
