I appreciate your never ending enthusiasm, but as with all your other posts, there really isn't any relevance to this discussion. I, for one, don't see the Wigan RL badge going down particularly well with the St Helens faithful, nor the choice of cherry and white hoops. |

For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled.

Great idea! To save money they could have numbers on both sides and just wear the home shirts back to front for away games. Perhaps velcro numbers would be cheaper and that way they'd always be on the right side. And we could swap numbers to fool the other teams and get round the 12 interchanges rule. I'm beginning to think I should have patented this idea.
Hang on though, what happens when a player turns round? You wouldn't know if it was the home shirt or the away shirt. |
