The important thing for him is he appears to have arrested his alarmingly rapid descent from the top down to who knows where. Clearly he has decided he's going to make a fist of things.

Given that he was never lacking in talent he may just turn into a decent player after all.

Because he is almost 32 years of age and wants a two year contract. Wigan are only prepared to give him a one year deal.
Also was struggling towards the back end of the season with shoulder and hamstring injuries.

Good luck to Ste I hope he does well at Salford. I remember being at a forum in the early days of DA and he rated the lad very highly. I hope he can get some good game time under his belt as he didn't get much chance down in Wales because of all the Aussies in the team.

I just don't get this at all. Why would we get rid of Long and Gilmour, if we're willing to sign Carmont and even Fozzard? It makes our approach seem very bizarre.

Simply because we are short in the prop and centre positions, but not so in the back row or half-back positions.

Surely Soliola was brought in to play Centre? If not, his only other position is back row.

For me we're short of pace in the backline altogether.
