This is the first time we've had top spot since 04.

The only reason saints had pressure was because they'd finished top so many times and not won the grand final.

I think leeds will relish the chance to convert a minor prem into a title.

So? You have the top spot and go into the playoffs as favourites. That's pressure. Either Leeds will rise to it or they'll crumble under it, but it's definitely pressure.

No different to any pressure they've had for the last 5/6 yrs!!!

Lets see how Leeds cope with the favourites tag. Recent history suggests they tend to crumble under the pressure.

that settles it for tonight i'm gonna get the DVD's of 2008 and 2007 and watch em once again and see wich team crumble,s under pressure and i alway's enjoy seeing the taunt of the leeds fans by young mister Graham.

In fact if you see the odds before and during both those seasons we WERE and the favourites tag changed a couple of times those years.
Just because you went into both GF'S with Phil Clarke knocking one out over you it doesn't mean you were always the favourites at the bookings or in the RL press.

Before each of those GF's Saints were first to qualify and were favourites with all bookies.

Without trying I can think of four one off games over the last three or four years when Leeds have been clear favourites and choked. You know the ones I'm talking about.
