Piealiki ran away from him at the JJB to score.
I just wonder if coaches and opposition have sussed him out. His trademark in / out step followed by the flicked pass.
He has been a great but keeping him on another year may mean that Chris Dean will leave. |

rather have Gidley for another year than Dean to be honest.
anyway, we do actually want some players with experience next year - we cant release every player over the age of 23. |

He is not getting the service; we are not giving him the ball in space to do anything.
I also wonder whether teams are also looking to concentrate their defence on Gidley's side, knowing we don't have a specialised on the left.

If you go back to a post I made earlier in the season I suggested Cameron Phelps would have been a good signing for Saints.
It was poo pooed by many on here.
Looking at his form of late I'd say that I was correct.
