I think we been unlucky with Douglas as he looks shot over night. I watched him most of last year as I knew we was looking at signing him and I thought looked very good signing. He played well I'm 4 nations as well but I think all those consecutive nrl games have took its toll. I beleive he's finished.

He looks slow, unfit and clumsy. He's clearly struggling with the pace of the game. Even KC noticed it in the Leeds game he's struggling with the pace and took him off at the end as he was a accident waiting to happen.

It's time to put walker in. I can't beleive walker isn't playing to be honest as KC has bigged him up all pre season and was excellent in 4 nations.

I would put him in the team next week against Wakefield and drop Douglas for this game alongside Peyroux. Last night there were quite a few saints players frustrated with each other and showing bad body language, get the feeling team spirit is not as it should be just 2 games in.

First and final warning. Yes Leigh convincingly beat us fair and square, keep it relevant and without personal insults.

Every time we lose or not playing well we use the excuse of simet8ng not right or team spirit etc. At the end of the day, we was just not up for it in the first half and it cost us the game. This isn't the same leigh that was in super league last time, they will fight this time around.

Saints will be battling for T6 but without a quality half you will have to tough it out. Funny that as I'm always called on here for being critical of the club. I've bagged our recruitment and retention since 2006 so no saints tinted glasses here.

I'm also not a idiot to call for a coaches head only two games Into the season. Personally I'd have let KC go after last season but why sack a coach just two games in which effectively writes the whole pre season training off and all the hard work because of a loss to leigh. Just don't make sense.
