Given he's the only cover for 9 we have and he can play (to a degree) 1-7 that would be foolish. He is a hard working player with limited ability when it comes to playing a creative role.

Jonesy missed two critical tackles against Hull giving them two scores, the latter one was the Shaul try, on the replay it looked as though he couldn,t be bothered. Maybe KC has took note on the otherhand he could just be injured.

I don't remember the first one but the second one was Alex Walmsley and not jones.

He's ok in defence but with the ball he is so slow. We have much better players in his place.

Who? we have Roby at 9 (getting flogged for 80 minutes) then nothing , We are out of fullbacks (first and second choice), short on centre's given Percival is injured and Jones is out of favour (not forgetting Turner being wedged into the halves), and until the good news in the squad we were flat out of halfbacks KC was willing to play (the u19 option doesnt seem to be an option despite being part of the first team squad). I agree he isn't brilliant ball in hand and how anyone ever thought he was good enough to replace Pryce as first choice 6 I'll never know but he can do a job and tbh he's better than players like Dawson.

That would be my line up, no brainer for me. But can see Lance not playing FB. even though it would not be my choice as it weakens other positions un-necessarily.

Fullback is a real problem for us at the moment. Lomax was important to how we attacked and puts fear into teams when he has the ball.

Hope lomax makes a full recovery and gets back to his best.

Can't start with Mose. He's even more lazy when he starts. His one and only good spell is always his first spell off the bench.

I'd be amazed if Kieron starts with Walsh .

I suppose he could start Wilkin @7 and then bring Walsh off the bench but it seems like a bit of a waste to me

Jonesy was behind the marker when Shaul came through the play the ball, Jonesy should have gone for him or at least sent him out wider towards Walmsley. Instead he he just let him go past leaving Walmsley with no chance of a tackle.
Jonesy has done this a few times when partner to Swift, we are in better shape with Percival and Turner, hopefully Percy might be back for the game with Leeds.
I,m not a great fan of Jonesy in the back line he looks more solid in the pack.

The threequarters are a big problem, Makinson and turner are ok but after that there is only percy worth a shirt. I hope he is back soon and KC gives has the courage to look in the reserves for a winger.
