Can't say the bar queues are any shorter or the service any better since we took over. The tills still crash every game.
At the last game they were still serving the half time queue 10 mins into the second half.
I've not been to any of the hospitality events so its good news that they are better than ever.
I'm not sure he can take any blame/credit for this, but he shouldn't be given the credit for the other stuff on here as well.
He is basically like most SL CEO's, the chairman's / main shareholders' bag man.
When the cladding was announced it was Sir Mac who fronted it, same with player signings. With a hands on Chairman, I'm not even sure we need a CEO.
As for Mike himself, I don't know him, so can only go off what other people who do know him have told me, which is he either likes you or he doesn't and if he doesn't there is not much you can do to redeem yourself.
