I was bob on about Ashe. What an average player.

People have sympathy with him because of injuries and poor recruitment choice over a couple of years but his team selection tonight was baffling to say the least.

That was really, really bad, the absentees do not excuse the gaping holes in defence, falling off tackles and having no shape at all. I'm eating my words on Brown more every week and I don't like it.

The falling off tackles is nothing new, we have been horrible all season. We seem to have forgotten the basics of defence at times, we wait for players rather than moving in and then we play grab the shirt and let them roll forward another 10 meters. Its crap stuff and wouldnt be acceptable in an amateur team never mind SL.

Shocking attitude by the players, we can blame the coach as much as we want but at the end of the day that performance was the most inept show of professionalism shown by any players in a saints shirt.
Cant pass, can,t tackle, cant support a player.........we have no urgency or energy in the side whatsover.
One of the worse things was our snail pace walk to shape up for the scrum as though they couldn,t be bothered, another incident was Walmsley made a braak and did a great offload to Lance who couldn,t be bothered to watch the ball because he was half a sleep.
If the players can,t be bothered to show any desire then shortly I can,t be bothered to watch and support them.......this is not a saints side.

Ashe was awful, could not believe how poor his passing was. It just looked like he didnt want the ball and was merely chucking it away.

Think the writing is on the wall for Lance considering Brown preferred Howarth to him.

I get the impression that the Saints players and club have written this season off and are merely using it to blood a few kids and wind down the playing days of the old guard.

I missed the game tonight, glad I did too. Any standout players for us?

This is exactly what all Giants fans told you and we were accused of sour grapes, remember we was told Brown had over achieved with a poor Giants side and would take Saints to the next level, think most thought it would be a level up not down!!!

Injuries seem to follow this fella around and as for his team selections, that's a whole topic on its own!

I stand by my comment that was glad to see the back of the man and he hasn't even started the moving back to Oz when a job comes up business yet, way he is going he would struggle to get a job in the Pennine League

Oh aiiii sorry to say this but I am really enjoying seeing the man fail.
