| reminds me of the same time last year when wigan were predicting a big win against us.
we turned them over with half our team missing.
don't think we will do it again but it would be great

| It might just be my foolish optimism, but I think we could easily put 40+ on them

Surely the 0.6 is NS himself, who, because he believes the weekly rounds are irrelevant, will be paying attention with only 0.6... of his person?

| If the friendly is anything to go by, then we should get a comfortable win. Their attack was very ineffectual and was not penetrative enough (that's what she said...) and we broke them down with relative ease. Friendlies are not indicative, usually, of a team's performance, though, and we should be wary in putting too much emphasis on what happened two weeks ago. Hudds have caught a few teams out in the past - as dragged up by the Hudds fans on here, i.e. Wigan.
Having said that though, we should win this game: it's at home, Nathan Brown's first competitive game and the players want to impress. Everything is pointing to a comfortable win. If it was at Hudds then I wouldn't be as confident, but I'd be surprised if we do not win comfortably:
Score: Saints 42-10
MoM: Lomax
Attendance: 13,500
