No, Lenagan went to West Park. John Rigby only opened in 1959, I was part of the second intake the year after.
There were quite a few lads from Wigan who went to West Park Chris Hesketh being one of them. |

You learn something new every day. A lot of lads went to Thornleigh in Bolton prior to John Rigby opening. Didn't realise so many went to West Park. |

I can understand a tour of a big, famous old stadium with a famous team and lots of history - for instance I went to see the Bernabau, and it was fantastic.

You can do that by standing outside it, and then buying a ticket for any game. You could EVEN buy a hospitality ticket if you wanted to go indoors.
Do you REALLY need to see Eamonn's office or the changing rooms? And I very much doubt they've bought a trophy cabinet yet, given you've nothing to put in it. |
