So by that reasoning when a senoir pro makes a mistake they should get double the screaming at.

It don't matter if they getting paid or not, shouting at players don't help anyone.

Each player needs to be treated different as each player reacts to different ways. Shouting and balling at some players knocks their confidence and makes them go into the shell and stops them doing their normal game.

Yet, shouting at some players gets a good reaction out of them, they think stuff this I'll show him.

I'm not sure jammer knows the difference but shouting at young lads will knock their confidence.

I'm talking from being a captain nearly all my life from under 10s until I was 32.

I recall so far this year Jammer has turned his back on play ( a basic schoolboy error that you would expect a gb international never to do ) and been exposed,left big holes in defence that have been exploited,passed when he should of just driven the ball in and im sure a few other mistakes yet no one has been in his face screaming at him.Players naturally make mistakes and the Wello approach of encouragement is the way to go.Screaming at a young kid who has just had to try and defend an overlap really wont help the kid at all.

I watched the game back after the match. I see Jammer shouting, as he usually does. As, indeed, most of them do because they can't be heard otherwise. We don't know what he said to whom, no idea in fact. He could have been challenging him, cajoling him or encouraging him/communicating in a shouty voice because of the noise.

You can clearly see Wilkin with a really annoyed look on his face "yelling who are you eh ?" at Jammer after Wilkin lost the ball ( he had it knocked out just to add insult to injury ) you dont need to be an expert in body language to see he was really pee'd off with Jammer.

Or just indulging in banter.

Yeah but its Wilkin with the pee'd off face and buldging eyes yelling at Jammer clearly annoyed at being yelled at shouting " who are you eh ? ".Imo Jammer's shouting at other players is excessive and needs curbing.If he does that next year then i would imagine he would get set straight right away.
