Cheers fella, an unbiased opinion, so refreshing on here. I had a text conversation with a well respected poster on here at half time, and I thought we would struggle in the second half, but fair play to the Wigan lads. The team spirit was outstanding.

I hope that the Saints team have the same resolve tomorrow.

The only team this season so far who have really impressed me has been Warrington, and then only when they played Leeds. But then that was a match between two attacking sides whereas tonight I almost fell asleep watching two defensive sides practising their rolling mauls.

What even at Cardiff?

I thought Wigan was very very good last night. There defence is the best in super league by a mile and as everyone knows, defence wins games.

The young lads at Wigan look like they going to keep Wigan a top side for years to come. Charnley IMO will be England centre in the next few years. His loan spell at hull KR and from what I've seen of him back at Wigan I think this lad will be class.

I couldn't help but think how much better wigans young lads are better than ours. Wheeler and lomax IMO ain't going to be half the players charnley and marsh will be. I also had the same feeling watching warringtons young lads last week.

Maybe we've just hyped up the likes of wheeler and lomax because I don't think they are half the players other clubs are producing.

Some people are really bitter.

Wigan had 7 or 8 players missing yet still went to Huddersfield and won comfortably. The try they did concede was from a kick (debateable try anyway) and as they were dominated in possession, they had to defend their line a fair bit. Their spirit and attitude in defence is extremely impressive and when they have the ball they move the ball with speed and create an overlap easily. On evidence so far, they're the best team in SL (with Warrington 2nd) and unless we buck our ideas we won't be challenging them. Luckily, you don't win SL in March.
