i saw it as the HKR player dealyed a stupid amount of time and expected the ball to land in his handds. Wellens just jumped into him before he could be bothered to move and then pass it quickly.

The try was mainly due to the HKR players procrastination.

My view

Wello had run half the length of the field before jumping for it and Hull's player could have done little else but stand where he stood since the ball was feet up in the air until that point. Wello simply outjumped him, but while on the move. It was a fantastic piece of courage and skill, and finished with a great try.

No way should Wellens be moved to LF.

Who cares? I can name lots of full backs he's better than, regardless of how slow people think he is.
