It's not acceptable to jump onto the away sides stand. Adebayor would of got pepperd for that. He's wish he was on that Togo bus than in that away end with City fans.

He didn't jump onto, or into wigans stand. People need to stop saying he jumped onto their stand. I keep seeing that all over these boards.
He perched on top of an advertising hoarding, of which there is a metre/2 metre gap, then a wall and then the wigan fans.
The way some people are beefing you'd think he actually jumped into the stand, started giving v's to the wigan fans and then assaulted a toddler with a wigan top on.
It was tremdous balance in the conditions and it was the right time to celebrate.
You don't give it large to the opposition fans in the first 10 minutes of a game only to finish up on the losing team, like a certain ginger minge we know.

Not wanting to gloat at the end of the match and still seething because of their behaviour, me and my friend decided to blow a kiss towards the folically (wrong spelling I think) challenged gentleman in the stand, just as a bit of devilement really and he told us to 'f**k off'. So if he acts like that, doesn't say much for the fans does it???? One of their so called fans who was sat in the stand got ejected @ half time for the rants he was throwing out at us.
Surely we can't tar them all with the same brush????'"

Spot on for me.
There's an interview with Smithy on the Rhinos website talking about the celebrations, he was getting a bit of stick when he was struggling with Richards' kick offs and then he celebrated scoring a last minute try to win a CC QF. |
