Have you seen Morgan play? Granted he isn't a Jamie Lyon/Matt Gidley (few are) but he is far more than a cheap plodder...he looked good for Parramatta and has done well at Melbourne this year, they offered him a deal to keep him next season but he opted to come over here instead. If he hits his form for us, there won't be many better centres in SL than Morgan next year imo

The answer to that will be no but it's still a great opportunity for people who obviously have a greater knowledge of Morgan than the consulted Anderson, Brown & James Graham to have a whinge & criticise.

The main thing he isn't a slow paced midget and will add size and speed into our backline, if we want a world class NRL player coming to saints that could cost us 30% of our salary cap so I don't think that is going to happen. We still need 2 more substantial signings to encourage season ticket renewals.
I suppose the club are not showing there intentions to avoid being gazumped by other clubs.

I'm not impressed with our signings we've made or making for next year and KC said will take us to the promise land.

Morgan is a decent player tho. He's a proper player who can play rugby unlike our last few back line signings like Owens, Dawson, peyroux. He's a massive improvement on the recent crap backs we have signed.

He's already said he can play wing so I imagine he will be messed about at centre and wing.

I love how people can write off any player that we sign. Even before it's confirmed.

I'm pretty happy with Morgan signing to be honest. He's a better standard of player we've signed recently. Certainly a step up from Owens, Dawson, peyroux in the backs.

There was on article comment from him that he prides himself on his defence something we've not had probably since Gidley. It might be a good balance with Percival and Morgan in that backline, trouble is who is going to be no 7 next season.
