I would expect the same punishment as Moon, 2 match ban.

It was a red card IMO. The rules state that a shoulder charge to the head is a sending off offence and add to the fact it was late.

Sadly we won't see Alex again this year now.

On reading this post Walmsley isn’t the only one who could have been committed. :

Shoulder charge to the head, straight red for me, deserved the sending off will get at least two matches and that will be it for Walmsley this season.

You have to admit Walmsley is just so clumsy! as someone else said at the play the ball he is hopeless, right decision, 2 match ban.

Has he used his EGP ?

I don't recall him being sent off before. He's not a malicious player (annoyingly too much of the contrary), and I think it was clumsy rather than intended.

Still think he'll get a ban, because we're Saints and lady luck hasn't been our friend for some years.

If we are being honest, he do deserve a ban. It's the rules. Shoulder charge with head contact and was late. We won't see big Alex until next season.
