He shapes to go high, he's aiming for the head from the go there. T'ai's on O'Brien was high as well.

What I really don't understand is you have a gifted kicker of the ball in O'Brien and you are not using him. Gardner gets injured (hope he is okay btw) and you rightly move Percival to the wing but you put a player that can play halfback in hohaiha at centre and keep a natural centre at halfback. All very confusing

there can be no complaints from saints about messing around at the play of the ball.

a high tackle is anything above the the neck not the waist. and gardner clearly trips over his own foot and falls into the tackle.

It's probably been discussed in the original squad but why on Earth move Percival from left to right and drop Makinson who has been in good form? Is he not fit? Changing for changing's sake IMO, certainly not what you need against a side as well-drilled as Hudds.

O'Brien should be kicking too. He's got a nice bit of subtlety in his hands that I've not seen in a Saints halfback for ages.
