John Kear is an absolutely outstanding coach. He always gets the best out of the players at his disposal. Coaches like him would have been better than the likes of Harry Potter and Royce.

Won't say "I told you so" but "I told you so!!"
You won't get 1% of commitment while there are jobs in Oz up for grabs.
Even if it's just speculation it's unsettling to the Club, the fans and more importantly the players, either commit 100% to the club with no Oz getout clauses or bugger off back home.

Well if he's been working there he may have picked up some fresh ideas and maybe an idea on a few younger players who may not be hitting the first team yet. They might be able to serve an apprentiship over in SL.
