It was a clean shoulder charge. The ancient touchie with the clearly dodgy eyes saw his head go back and assumed TP had hit his head. But that's what a big shudder can do to your head!

You've got to factor in the way Henderson goes into the tackle. If you had a son or a Grandson approaching a tackle like that, going up against a big guy and he leant in with his head, you wouldn't be too happy about it. It's very poor technique from Henderson, there is no attempt from TP to attack the head.
