I've just had a play around and you can get a block of 20 seats in any stand bar the East Stand still.

Block H of the North Stand is almost completely empty, as are blocks A, G & H of the South Stand. There West Stand is also almost completely empty (I assume Wigan haven't been given the whole stand allocation?).

Can't believe so many tickets are left. We have sold our full allocation, can't believe they didn't send us more tickets. You can't expect every wiganer without tickets to go and buy from saints because they probably won't know they have some left etc.

I'd love to be the one to tell them over on your forum. But being banned by the Iranian moderators about 12 years ago for laughing makes it hard, perhaps you could inform them?

I'm not bothered to be honest, the stand behind the goals is sold out as far as I know. The rest of the ground is for saints to sell. If they can't it makes them look bad not us.

Yeah, the West stand is sold out. When I was looking I went round each block, but when selecting the West stand it shows the plan of the South stand still. Doh.

Hopefully Saints fans will buy the remaining tickets pronto. I just worry that many will be put off trying by everyone claiming it's already sold out.

Not at all. Its not about saints looking bad, I worded that wrong, but it is not our duty to sell those tickets, we have sold out the away end, it is up to saints fans to buy out the home end.

I do worry that Saints can sometime put up the sold out signals a little early. I don't think it encourages it just tells people there is no point trying as all the best ones are gone.

Seems they might have put them up a little early. We seem pretty good at this though, usually announcing beating the previous record crowd etc.

I hate this attitude in super league though that away fans should make up the numbers. It just isn't the case. The home fans should be the ones filling the stadium. I hope we get to the point where we can't give the away team the full north stand.

When Saints move into the new stadium the away end won't be full every week infact it will only be full twice a year but hopefully they can fill the rest of the stadium.

Often fans complain about the attendance accross super league and put away fans down as the reason for poor attendances, and then on other occasions when the away support is especially good they dress it up as a great crowd! Like when we played Quins in the first game in 2008, the crowd was 8k, quins were praised for the great crowd even though we took about 4-5k. I have picture evidence as well!

I would hope even without saints away support at our place for a derby game we could get 20k+
