| Both wingers look unsafe at the moment.
It's not just gardners fault on that right side.
The overlaps on that right side is unreal.
I've not seen a team so wide open out wide!!

| I know Ade ain't the MOS , but neither is the ginger whinger at the moment . You have a good look at your MOS and see just how much moaning he does . He's worse than Sinny is alledged to be .When things ain't going his way he spits his dummy out and sulks for long periods .
Up until recently his would have been one of the first names i would put on the teamsheet for an international game.. Not just now though with his dip in form .
A MOS with wooden head . He definitely ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to speed / basic skills / playmaking descisions just now is he .
He needs a decent coach to get him back on track .
We all know what he is capable of , and it just aint happening . Thats why i asked if he is carrying and injury .
P.S... is St Simon the patron saint of simpletons ?

Funny how people call Meli for being slow. Gardner is the sloth, he cant turn for a kick to save his life. Absolute waste of a shirt.'"
Could have told you that ages ago.
He should never be anywhere near an international shirt again.

| I reckon that we have 2 of the worst wingers in SL at the moment, none are good enough and both get caught out far too easily. Gardner is always too far in field off his wing and isn't fast enough, Meli is just a lazy womans thing and a total waste of a shirt. Unfortunately we aint got any replacements so we have to stick with these 2.

You just dont get it do you - that is probably the hardest decision required from a winger - does he stay with his man and in the line - or drop back a little and leave a space infront of him to cover the kick.
Whatever decision he makes then there are always people like you who will condemn him for it.
Kickers have got so good at this now that it is almost an impossible task - case in point (in the Wigan game) when Gardner was off and Gidley was covering his position EXACTLY the same thing happened to him, he was no more able to make the right decision than Gardner was.
Maybe the player who is playing fullback at the time should be much further towards the corner making the decision from the winger easier.
Oh and singling out a player for what was an atrocious display from all players? Its a team sport and the mistakes of another player can make the player playing in the most exposed positions, look worse than he actually is.
Not all players will be superstars but the idea of a team sport is you play to each others strengths and compensate for other players weaknesses.

| I've seen a pint of milk turn quicker than Gardner. My wife would have dealt better with getting the ball out of play for the Richards try
Meli was at fault for the first try. If you are not going to contest for the ball at least clamp the man when he catches it or put him off tapping it back.
Our wingers seem to lose confidence very quickly. I still remember Gardners performance in the 2005 CC Semi.

| It is to do with the positioning of players inside Ade.
Very often he is left alone in a 2/3 on 1 situation because Longy, Flannery or Gidley have rushed inside.
That said, he looks very very low on confidence and is to blame for Richards try but it didnt really have an effect in the game as it was slipping away already.
Been a few weeks since he has scored isnt it? Maybe a couple of tries will pick him up.

Absolute Bullocks.
Fact is Gardner can outjump him, as Blanch did. Had you had a side to kick to then the game may have been a different story.
Ainscough is a fantastic prospect, but scoring four tries does not give you a divine right to play. If I was dropped by my coach and told to work on something, then I'll work on it, not say "but what about such a game, I scored" Ainscough isn't the person saying this, fans are. He may score tries but a winger agianst you lot HAS to be much more than that. Especially if Gidley is running at you.
It's a massive decision choosing our back line at the minute. Someone who doesn't deserve to be dropped has to be dropped, and it ain't gona be Pat.
I suggest you find out what your talking about before you starting criticising the coach who out schemed you.

What is absolute bullocks is this insistence from the Goons that they are somehow better than us and that Noble masterminded the best ever RL performance at the weekend. What actually happened is that a Saints side running on empty were as flat as a pancake and Wigan capitalised on it. We would probably have lost to any side in SL at the weekend, bar possibly Celtic.
