We're throwing out arbitrary time periods to suit our own agenda? Oo goodie, Saints have been more successful than warrington in the last 3 weeks. As equally valid and meaningful as your statement.

No not at all. STS called Warrington 'Cheshire mediocrity' when, in fact we've won more than you in recent years.
X3 Challenge Cups, X1 League Leaders, 2 Grand Final appearances is pretty good going from 2009 I think. Certainly not 'mediocrity'.

You can't list a GF appearance as a trophy. Warrington are the RL version of Arsenal. You'll become relevant when you win the GF.

X3 GF appearances, X1 League Leaders, X1 GF Winners.
Whilst I agree with Saddened on GF appearances, our "worst" run in living memory, is 1 trophy (if we could gf appearances as a trophy) behind your "best" run in everyone's memory ... Not really a lot to crow about... but again, we might as well be comparing the last 3 weeks for all this matters...

| Haha, talk about using an argument to suit your own agenda.
Warrington haven't won a trophy for 2 seasons whilst we've won a Grand Final and LLS since.
We are also 2nd in the league, whilst Warrington are 6th, which is mediocre.

| The difference between Warrington and Saints is very simple.
At Saints a BAD season is a Grand Final defeat.
At Warrington a GOOD season is a Grand Final defeat.

The point is that in the time that Savelio has been at Saints Warrington have been the more successful of the two teams, both at first team and academy level. That is fact.
IF Sevelio signs for Wire then Saints will receive a fee for him even though he is out of contract. I did ask someone who would normally be in the know at the Wigan v Leeds academy on Saturday and he said that he hadn't heard anything about the Sevalio to Wire rumour.

| Haha, Grand Final appearances are now an achievement to be listed. In that case, our barren spell between 2007 and 2013 included five GF appearances. Our worst two years were 2012 and 2013, where again we were 40 minutes from another GF and a drop goal away from another semi final. This is considered Saints' worst spell in years. Worst.
Warrington would be over the moon to come anywhere near a six year period like it. Saints in 2014 won more championships than Warrington have in nearly 60 years. You don't get much more of a wilderness than more than half a century without a league title.
Even forgetting that, you'd have to be potty to leave the present champions, semi finalists and 2nd in the table again for a club currently lying 6th. Potty.

Also we can add:
When Warringon hammer us it could be between 20 to 30 points
When Saints hammer Warrington it could be between 40 to 80 points.

| You can't take a club serious who haven't been champions since 1955.
If RL only began in 2009 then Dire may look a big club. And even then we've been champions more times than them in that period!!

| We beat you 78-3 in the era of 3 point tries...somewhere around world war one so ner ner and that equates to a bigger victory than 80. Agreed our mentality needs to change and become more like saints. I'm never happy with our fans settling for gf or semi final defeats in our current position. One grand final win and hopefully this will change. I remember a season mid 90s when we dubbed you four times in one season and it wasn't long after that you rose up. Had the salary cap not coincided with our new dosh then I'm sure we'd have one or two champs with more to come but it never falls right for us.

| Also add how many years we went unbeaten against them pre-Langtree Park, it was getting to embarrassing levels how many times we looked in a losing position only to pull it out of the bag at the death with goodness knows how many minutes or seconds left in the game.

Saints honours in the Super League era:
6 SL titles, 2 WCCs, 7 CCs, 5 LLS.
Warrington's honours in the Super League era:
0 SL titles, 0 WCCs, 3 CCs, 1 LLS.
Yes, for a change.
