People seem to forget that Wilkin actually spoke about Bailey 'fronting up' to the young players, not celebrating in front of them.

They forget that there was nothing to indicate this happened at the end of the match. Could it have been the cause of the handbags?

They ignore the fact that Wilkin wasn't talking about himself but the young guys, nor was he talking about the other Leeds players or about the win; just about Bailey.

I was sat in the east stand right in front of where Ryan Bailey was jumping up and down like a crazed loon. I can't recall him fronting up to any Saints player young or old tbh. I was filming the entire thing from the Zak Hardaker try to Kevin Sinfield going up for the trophy and I can't see anything on this to corroborate what Jon Wilkin says. So unless it happened after this it might just be that Wilkin was a tad pee'd off with Baileys OTT antics.

My apologies it isn`t your sig it`s your little advert telling people to f off that I was referring to, not sure what the correct term is for this but I`m sure you get my drift.
My point is that Wilkin and you it seems were offended in what Bailey did. Others it seems were not offended. Likewise the same goes for your "thing" telling people to f off. Some would object others wouldn`t.
At the end of the day who cares is my point, end of, finito, move on, you lost we won again, Wilkin spit the dummy again. See you next year.

Just watched a re run of the Sky coverage

Bailey is clearly seen celebrating both in front of the posts and in the ingoal area... celebrating towards the Leeds fanshich is clearly entitled to do.

There isnt one single Saints player in shot in all that coverage.

Whatever took place prior to that on the field during the game is pure speculation and Wilkin just comes across as a whinger and sore loser in the press quote.

Which is sad because the game was conducted in the best sportmanship and both teams are clearly seen congratulating and commiserating with each other after the whistle.

Nobody is saying you have to like Bailey it would be very strange if you did.

Clearly he sees his role has getting under the skin of the opposition but I dont recall him being penalised in the match for anything that could be considered unsporting or even dirty.
