Probably because he's 18 and Potter is trying to build his confidence slowly. On the basis of his performance in the Wakefield game I'd have no hesitation in playing him in a home game. |

Maybe he needs to come back and play another game, since the Wakey game is some time in the past now. I wonder if Potter is waiting for Wellens to go get his knee fixed before giving Lomax another go at fullback? Unless he didn't go as well in Potter's eyes as he did in ours. The only thing about Lomax that troubles me is his head. To have plates in your head and still be wanting to play first grade rugby league either takes incredible courage or amazing foolishness! |

It's funny how clubs like shudders seem to believe in him more than the club he has faithfully served. 
I definately think he is worth another two year, even if in year 2 he shares 1st team SH position with Eastmond / Myler etc.  |

He's not worthy of a 2 year contract here. That's why. We're not sentimental and this is a good thing. Personally, he can count himself lucky to be offered a one year deal with us.
