with these probably not retained we should have a decent whack to spend

possibly add Manu and Wheeler to that too, but i'd keep Manu for at least 1 more year, probably get offered 2 at Salford though

Might be a 1+1 deal, in a similar way to Walsh's 2+1 deal. They're usually in the players favour for Ozzies

If lance goes and we still want a utility player I'd take Heremaia. He's always impressed me but doesn't seem to get a fair go at hull. He was on fire last year then was just dropped when Miller arrived.

Not sure on his age tho.

I'd take Heremaia/Pelissier, Huby and Green. I wouldn't replace Laffranchi with a quota player, we've got more than enough from the youth system to cover him. I can see Wello, Laffranchi, Gardner, Forster, Wheeler and even Beaumont going in the winter. I'm not judging Beaumont because he obviously hasn't played, but from what I saw of him at Hull KR, he's behind Walker, Richards, Thompson and Greenwood.

Most hull fans feel very much heremaia should be put at hooker and stay there, so I'm not sure how much utility we'd get out of him...

I think pelissier would be a good shout. But I trust those at the club (cough Kieran cough) to identify the a top young hooker to bring in when they feel it's needed.

Huby is the standout prop on the list for me, with a few younger ones also being a decent call (though as I've said elsewhere I'd like a bit more experience)

No real quality 6s available in the list, so any replacement for lance will be from aus I feel.

(Yes some on the list will have player options/ team options for next year - I will take them out as and when they are taken up - there are also some young players on the list who I believe are still on youth contracts so are contracted for next year, including a few of our own)

He can play in the halves, hooker and loose

He can, yes. But that doesn't mean he should! I'd rather we picked up an out and out reserve hooker who we can mold for the future

I was on about a utility player if lance leaves.
