I'm not sure how his stats match up but hes always struck me a good metre maker and having a good offloading game. I think when complemented with 3/4 other strong forwards he could be a strong addition. On top of that, he would open up a quota spot for elsewhere.
I too am a fan of Carvell and was disappointed we didn't get him due to his impact.
All hypothetical anyway, I don't think Saints will be too big a recruiter in the coming years anyhow. |

| Luke Bailey would improve any super league side no doubt. A proper rough and tough prop forward who is a natural leader. Not seen a lot of him this season but when I have he's been brilliant.
