I don't think he's suggesting that he's actually go and slap them, just that they deserve a slap.
Can't really argue with the 3 selected to be honest.

Sorry that is no contest. Bailey all the way. Hock is a prat, nothing more.

| I think I must be missing the Tomkins thing.
Sure, he's a worthy pantomime villain on game day, but I find it hard to be offended by him like I have been by some of the game's real scrotes; he seems to have cut the vast majority of the nasty stuff (3rd man in at the knees, penalty milking etc) out of his game, is concentrating on his rugby and is reaping the rewards.
How anyone can have got their knickers in a twist over his post try celebration is beyond me. Good banter, and I'd love one of our boys to be doing something similar at the Etihad or DW later in the year.
I'd like to slap:
Michael Maguire (to blame for many of Wigan's gutter tactics over the last couple of years, and a thoroughly offensive face to boot).
Gareth Hock (even before Good Friday's shenanigans - the typical knuckle dragging, slack jawed mouthbreather who would be robbing grannies and kids outside off licences if Wigan weren't offering him a work placement).
Richie Mathers (I can't abide his back slapping cheerleading antics, when he costs more games than he contributes to).
Bailey is very unlucky to miss out, he was very very close.

Because he's a quality player and he's from Wigan! I don't hate him and don't blame him for his celebration. On twitter he seems a decent down to earth average kind of guy far from what you would expect from his on field antics and highest paid player price tag... But when you help Wigan to tear Saints a new one on Good Friday surely he deserves to be top 3?

| Someone needs to find a hobby if this is such an important topic to discuss!
What a joke that it has to be Sam Tomkins, one time it used to be Andy Farrell by Saints fans, anyone that is really talented then!
I would like to slap all the Aussies who come over for a cheap trip and don't perform and there are some at Every Club, but no that is being Honest and some would never slap one of their own players LOL!

Yup, would have topped my list this time last year but, like you say, he's cut out most of the stupid stuff.
There's something about the way Charnley looks that brings on the yearning to slap.
Other than that, don't think there are any others.

Then you really need to watch him deliberately target Cunningham's leg again.

That's nothing. Jeff Lima must have done that about 15 times at the weekend. 3rd or 4th man in everytime and driving into the standing leg around or below the knee.

As I've said in my post, he's cut the nasty stuff out.
As I've also said, Maguire has a lot to answer for in terms of the gutter level tactics Wigan brought to the field under his tenure. Credit to Wane for not sticking with it, despite the fact they were relatively successful using it.
