I like Jones. I think he would only have got better at saints if he stayed. I don't think saints gave him fair crack at times.

Josh has signed for Dr Coolcash, he is the last of the 3 unrelated Jones boys that came thru the ranks at Saints together, there was Josh, Aiden and Danny.

Maybe not. Looks like he has only signed for next season so maybe we just don't have enough room but will make an attempt to get him back for 2017 you never know.

I have a suspicion this will be the case ...
We have LMS, Vea and Wilkin all ooc at the end of the year, but I'm not sure I'd take Jones ahead of any of them at the moment, it'll be interesting to see if he stands out at Salford |

I would suspect that we would be happy to use the marquee rule to move free up a chunk of Robys money to bring Ferres in for a year (then let someone go at the end of the year to bring him back off) where as the club might have decided Jones isn't worth filling the marquee spot for if we need someone to come in midseason/ another Lyon situation occurs |

Wait till you see him play first *hands over eyes*
Think he'll turn out to be an average SL player, didn't get the hype a select few fan from Salford bigged him up as. Hope it goes well for him, obviously a better move professionally but just don't believe the type. He's possibly 3/4 years off in my honest opinion. |
