With the 24 man squad announcement for the Four Nations coming up, I thought we'd see what team we put together as a board. I'll be putting on different positions every so often with a shortlist to pick from. The squad will have 2 Full Backs, 3 Wingers, 3 Centres, 3 Halves, 2 Hookers, 6 props and 5 back rowers. If any players you'd like to pick aren't on the shortlist than please say.

For today we will do centres, you have three votes on the poll and please indicate your order of playing preference in a post. In the case of positions on the bench starting spots will be allocated on preference.

Went for Shenton and Sarginson.
Would have selected Bridge if he'd been listed as I think he's better than Watkins, Cudjoe & Wardle.

Difficult choice between Wardle and Shenton, but I think the toughness of the former just makes him better suited to test rugby.

Not a great choice really after Watkins. Maybe Hardaker could play there in reeds absence?

I've been really impressed with Joe Wardle over past 2 seasons, think he looks good in both attack and defence and would love to see him get a shot. I think if Percival can develop over the next couple of years like he has done this year he will be in there but dont think he is ready just yet. My 3 would be:

Watkins

That was my choice. Sarginson has had a very good second half of the season and got the better of both Watkins and Cudjoe in their recent meetings. His other advantage is that he can can provide cover from the #1 to #6 positions.
