| I am surprised nobody has mentioned this but I was very dissapointed by Josh Charnley pushing Jamie Foster into the boards after he had caught the ball in the dead ball area mid way through the second half. This is quite a dangerous thing to do and it was lucky that young JF was on the ball and waiting for it. This along with other things is not the sort of thing we like to see creeping into our game.
It smacked of frustration and sour grapes and we should have got a penalty for it in my eyes!

Sums it up. Nothing much too it, pretty typical of the current niggly Wigan team. I dont think you can give a penalty when the ball is out of play. If Foster had been hurt it may have been looked at by the RFL I suppose.

| I think Jamie is looking little of his game at the moment.
To much hands and no shoulders in defence and little dodgy under high balls.

| I know what you are saying, but should it wait until somebody gets hurt before that sort of thing gets looked at ?
You are probably right though that it is relatively minor, but it just left a sour taste in the mouth.

He got a warning off the ref, tbh it's not a common occurrence and it's just a house trick, expect nothing less from the current Goon team

| Thought there were a couple of instances were saints players being tackled in the air.
Can recall us doing it once and the ref pinging us for it.

Foster got tackled in the air, was brought up on sky but ignored by the officials.

| What about charnley's double movement for his non-try?
In slo-mo you can see he digs his feet in the turf and then thrusts with his legs in order to flip himself over the line. How it wasn't given as a pen I don't know.
Meanwhile on the cherry and s*hite they are still convinced it was a try.

That would make them wrong - a quick glance at the papers proves that.

| Thepush was something of nothing not worth talking about. The none try was just that. Mind you the ref was on a mission at one point to keep wigan in the game. so I was thankful he sent it up stairs. To be honest it was the wrong call should have been a penalty but these thing go for you sometimes other times not.
I see on the replay madge was shouting profusly for wellens to be sent off for holding down. Does this mean he has seen the light and wanta quick play the balls.
Mind you he's a fair bloke I'msure Madge was also shouting off offf offf when coley took makinsons head off and when foster was tackled in the air and when lomax was tackled in the air after all madge will conceed that these are far more dangerous than holding onto rat boys leg.

not correct, the ball had already hit the ground and bounced, it wasnt the same as a 'bomb'.
and as for the Wigan niggle, Sia's elbow should have got MOM, the amount of work it got through

| Funny how many can only tend to see one side ever do wrong? if you watch the match again if you were open minded it was half a dozen of one side and then the other, small niggles it is rugby not Netball!
