Doesn't mean he'll be banned. Grade As are often given cautions and/or fines.

If Saints have any nous about them at all they will simply cite precedent: Rangi Chase had his two match ban - for punching a player while on the floor - reduced to a one match ban due to his exemplary record. The RFL would be open to a legal case if Roby's exemplary record wasn't similarly treated.

can see roby getting a match ban even with is good record but saints will appeal and he get off with a fine

The Cas fans I know did not seam to make too much of it, but where a bit put out cause Rangi got a sin bin in the same match.

Yes it was a two man tackle with Scott Moore. Roby lifts the Castleford player but puts him down landing on upper back. Crowd shouted a bit, as is normal when a player is lifted over horizontal, and referee felt it needed to be put on report to compensate. Was no worse than the No Charge which Blake Green of Hull KR received when they played us at home two weeks ago.

When is the hearing?

I honestly cant see them banning him..

Surely the RFL will want the best players like Roby and Tomkins etc playing on national TV to publicise Rugby League..

According to the RFL's own disciplinary criteria, good conduct is taken into account. It was taken into account in Chase's case and should be in Roby's, which was my point. And I really don't see why such a point should elicit an insult from you, other than you insult because you have nothing remotely intelligent or vaguely interesting to say.

All anyone can ask, is they are consistent. If that means a ban then it should be a ban. It's the lack of consistency that gets everyone's back up.

They should judge the offence in the same manner they have all year.
