From what I've been told by someone at saints, he's been in full training for about a month, the knee was sore and stiff at first but is now ok.

He could play in the cas game but saints are unsure if to play him or leave him for next year to avoid any setback.

I'd leave him. We're not strong enough to win anything anyway so there is no point jeopordising his career over it.

Have you deduced that from us sitting 2nd in SL or from the fact we've beaten all of our main rivals this season with weakened teams?

Soliola is fit and chomping at the bit......but i don't think we'll see Fa'asavalu again...he is starting the new season at Harlequins R.U. ready for the new season!!!

I heard from a fairly reliable source that Mauri won't play again for us.... foot problem but Soliola may come into contention should we decide to risk him having had no match time.

If Soliola is fit then get him in there and let him scare some folk. He'll make a difference even if he isn't quite as match hardened as the others - we can always spell him in the pack anyway.

Didn't Potter say the other day that Maurie was almost ready to return?

Quite, there's not quite enough yard dog in our pack these days, not since Scully and Hoops retired.
