| Now that would have been a sensational idea for announcing a new signing.
Just release the squad number list and slip in '4 Jamie Lyon' or '5 Manu Vatuvai' etc.
If I were Saints webmaster I would have put '1 Sam Tomkins', just to see the bedlam it would have created and how long the mushroom cloud took to get up to a full public announcement.  |

It's just a number, doesn't mean he'll definately be playing centre. All the "SR numbers" were already assigned. |
