Any reasonably priced accommodation around your way (just for the Sat night). Or would we be better off heading towards Liverpool for a session?  |

Try Inn Keepers Lodge on Aigburth Road (about 5 miles from LCC) for cheap accommodation ie room & brecky for two c£50.00)

The Camapnile, Formual 1 and Etap hotel in Liverpool are all pretty cheap IIRC, and are all a short walk from the city centre. |

Totally agreed about St Helens , it's gone from passable to dreadful- I've never liked Liverpool either though - it's full of horribly dressed 'women' with too much fake tan and Dolly Parton blonde hair... plus the OTT scouse accent is possibly the most annoying in the country. Sadly Wigan is actually not a bad night out or if you do fancy a city I'd opt for Manchester. |
