There has been a rumour going around this side of the Pennines for a week or so now that Leon is sick of the travelling (since Gilmour left) and is seeking a release. I had heard that he was look to sign for a West Yorkshire club although not necessarily Bradford.

Perhaps the fact that no similar rumours over your way would suggest it is a load of bull. But if he fancies rejoining his hometown club then we could certainly do with his services!

I doubt it. I can't see anyone wanting to go to Bradford the way they are playing recently.

I guess it's possible but I'd imagine it would be at the end of his contract, to release im Saints wouldeither need to have a top class replacement lined up ready to go or I imagine would want a decent fee for him.

Well, only about a couple of months ago in RL World he said that he preferred to live in Bradford but play in St Helens as it means he gets away from the pressure. So either he's changed his mind, was lying to RL World or what you've heard is desperation because the Bulls are not snorting much this season.

Would make sense to play for your home town club, if they were any good!

Bulls have been shocking, pretty much since Leon left them.

He is at the peak of his career now and I for one think Saints should get him signed up for at least 3 more years.

Would we start booing him again then?

I think we've had his best years and he`ll be on a good wage.

Now that mcnamara`s gone and if hes not a potter hater it wouldnt surprise me.

He has shown much better form this year but I`d much rather try and keep kyle than give pryce another 3 years.

It's not an either or. Leon Pryce is our best player. Simple as that. Let him go and we might as well all go to the NRL with Jammer for a few years and we won't be doing anything otherwise.

We need to keep them both. Pryce has been excellent this year and we definitely don't want to let him go.

Pryce is a great player who has regained some form after going missing for a good while.

He has another season after this which presumably he wiill see out.

If he does decided to move on then I can think of £100K+ reasons why Saints will
solve the problem of his departure.

I agree, i think by the end of 2011 it is prob time to replace leon unless he's still playing to a high level, but the money he's on i think we can find a good 6 to replace him.

Will both our halfbacks be off contract at the end of 2011 ?
