Depends entirely on whether his resignation was accepted or not. If he hands in his resignation and Salford have accepted it, he is free to sign for anyone else, and is completely independent from any proceedings that may follow against Salford.

Koukash is the biggest embarrassment ever to be involved in our sport and Salford are a complete freak show.

Koukash just imprint come across as a stable guy. Too many people assume that just because someone is rich, they must be wise or talented, but while some are, there's plenty of rich guys who either just got lucky, or were handed it in a plate. There's a fair few who are also very dodgy blokes indeed. Koukash is rich, but he's no McManus. Some of his public announcements suggest a very immature, unstable guy who lacks any self-awareness.
