Don't know if they would present it then. When we clinched the title they wouldn't give it to us at Wigan we ended with it being thrown at us at halftime at a home game. I know we were not at home and Wigan are so we will have to wait and see. I think Saints could well win that game - it depends on how much Wane cranks it up.

They'll be okay. Since we overtook the Pies as Lancashire's number one RL team they've found it very easy to motivate themselves against us and it's something that sits as a massive chip on Wane's shoulder. It's why he can get his charges up for matches against us i.e. it's an inverse late 80s/early 90s situation.

From what we've shown this year, it really doesn't matter as the result will remain the same unless we churn out something different in the Play Offs.

I think we've more chance of beating Wire than you in a big one-off game at the moment but we're going to need a lot of things to go in our favour to realistically stand a chance of getting to O/T whoever we play. Either scenario is a living nightmare though and I just wish we could've finished 5th. Couldn't we just shoot ourselves in the head instead?

It would be terrible if they got beat and suffered inuries to key players (particularly if they were all caused by the foul play of one individual) before the trophy was presented.

We'd need to find a bit of a nutter who we wouldn't miss for the playoffs too much "if" they got red-carded for the sake of argument... Maybe we could resign Moore on a short-term contract with specific "instructions"...
