Bold won 23-10 on Saturday. This Bold team have won nearlly every trophy available for the last 3 years, including beating there Yorkshire rivals in the war of the roses.

One very special player playing for that Bold team who absolutely destroyed a Wigan St Pats team featuring a number of England youth players. He won the man of the match and reminds me so much of Sam Tomkins in his play. He'll be playing for the Saints U15's this season.

It was strange at Orrell yesterday, there were about ten people sat behind me, all associated with the Bold Club, and shouting for Wigan.
The person who told me is involved at Wigan, but it was just a conversation at half time. He did say Bold were excellent and fully deserved their win. He also said that Wigan had signed four or five of the Pats side.

Some cracking players playing for St pats and yes Wigan have signed them the best of them all.

I watched the Bold 15's game the week before and Hewitt does indeed look a very talented kid.

There are a lot of talented kids coming through at Bold in several of the age groups and many in the 15's and 16's are on scholarships currently.

Well done to Bold,must have some decent coaches.

Bold always seem to have really good players but always seem to be overlooked in favour of Blackbrook players.

saints overlooked a very good player in Liam Carberry who ended up going to wigan, and there are a few more on the way to wigan who i know of
