As an outsider i'd be amazed if James Graham wasn't offered the job if only to try and tempt him to stay. That shouldn't be the major reason I suppose though as he's the heartbeat of this Saints side, the best prop forward in superleague(and possibly the world) and one of the worlds premier players so he seems an obvious choice.
Any sort of chance of getting the guy to stay at Saints mind should surely be used!!!

It's gotta be Wellens for me, he's Saints through and through, as is Graham. For me, the only problem with Graham is he has a tendency to open his mouth a bit too much.

Totally agree with this, he is already the player doing the most talking, and appears to be the natural leader on the field. Giving him the responsibitly of being the captain may also encourage him to calm down a bit, or at least give him an excuse to talk to the ref! |
