| Any news on who's likely to be out/back for the FC game? Disappointed to hear about Eastmond's injury - will he definitely be out?
FC are likely to have Manu and Lauaki back, but without Calderwood, Berrigan and Horne.
Good luck in the CC BTW.

Given that Potter has said that he is unlikely to play in the international against France then yes, I'd say he was due to be absent, which is a damn shame from our POV!
Other than that we have Meli and Gardner out along with their replacements of Armstrong and Foster. We have Wello out, Maurie out and of course Sia is our season long out. I have no idea who will play on the wing or at scrum half. It should be an, er, interesting line up from Saints. We're running out of young players to plug gaps.

We will need Moore to interchange with Cunningham. If Roby plays scrum half - and there's no reason to believe that the wonderkid couldn't do so - who would play at loose? I suppose Flannery could, with Wheeler back in the side at one centre and Gids at the other centre. I'd be surprised if Meli is back. Even if he is back, his last return lasted two thirds of the match before he felt his hamstring tighten and off he buzzed again. I'd also be surprised if Wello is back. But hey, if they are both back then it means at least we have all the positions covered to start the match! Someone zippy will have to be on the bench, though, in case of tightening hamstrings and other potential injuries to our backline.

Roby or moore would have to play scrumhalf as there is nobody else good enough to play there.
Roby and moore can do 80 mins, so the could switch with KC. If wello ain't back then lomax will have to move to fullback and leon back to stand off.

| I thought Moore was shocking against Barrow, i'm starting to get the feeling that he isn't good enough for us. Some of the passes he threw were terrible, and half the time, he wasn't even looking just throwing it over his shoulder. I know its still early in his Saints career, but i don't think he's going to be good enough, going on the performances i've seen from him so far this season. If it hadn't been for the fact we were playing Barrow last Saturday, i would have hoped Potter would have taken him off and put Roby at scrum half, because i thought he was shocking.

I can't work out if i rate moore or not, he seems to play better against the better teams but he has got to sort these stupid mistakes he makes.

I honestly thought he was the worst player on the pitch against Barrow. He took the wrong option nearly every time he had the ball, and threw some stupid passes. I'm really starting to think he's not good enough.

I know what your saying, he throws silly balls and gives pens away but it's hard to judge until KC retires and moore gets his chance proper.
Soom weeks i think this lads the perfect replacement for kc then the next i think he ain't good enough. He still only young lad, we will find out next year just what moore is made of.

18821_1298880800.jpg
I've always thought of McGuire as a good player, and I wouldn't normally wish injury on any player, but there was a certain hint of poetic justice to that.
Another classic:
You forgot to take off the "Saints Reduction Factor" when calculating the ban.
Standard suspension / Saints Reduction Factor = Actual ban for Saints player.
Therefore (2 / 3) = 0.666
0.666 < 1 therefore actual ban equals "less than 1 match".
Therefore ZERO.
He was poor, but he needs an extended run at hooker before we can judge him IMO.
He's no scrum half anymore that's for sure.
