The club themselves released the mock up pictures of the new kit. Did they specify why they required it being removed? Is it something to do with it being copyrighted or with legal issues regarding the announcement of the sponsorship deal etc?

Or have they decided to go back to the drawing board with the design?

I really like that kit, it's growing on me anyway. I wasn't so sure at first.

Yeah it's ok to talk about it and show it now. I got the all clear this afternoon, but I've been in work so not had a chance to get back and put it up.

IMO that kit is appalling,the colour of the sponsors logo does not look right against the red V,and that is too narrow imo,i suppose the chav's will love it though

Seriously HOW HARD can it be to get a GOOD LOOKING red V on a white rugby shirt FFS? But you miss the mark, almost every year, except last.

Yet again it needs pointing out that the above image is not an actual photograph of the shirt but an edited photograph of Roby from a previous kit launch with elements of the kit stuck on. The final product may vary from this image.

I'm not particularly keen on our current shirt. The new one looks fresher, cleaner and is different. I don't see how it can be described as dreadful at all.

As I said on another thread, or it may have been on facetard actually, I rather fancy that Saints are unconvinced with this strip and are gauging fans reactions, before unveiling a 'safe' design that's been kept in reserve.

Interesting point you raise though, but I suspect it is more down to Puma, or rather their representatives at Genesis not being able to come up with a suitable design and manufacture a test version in time.

Only thing I would change is a white collar, I really like it.
