| Thought you'd be the best people to ask. I've not been to the new Wembley yet although went to Twickers a few years ago when you were lucky to beat us
How do the 2 stadiums compare?

| You'll enjoy Wembley. Lower section IMO is better. Plenty of leg room, loads of bars so not much queuing.
Good boozer at the top of the hill called The Green Man, massive beer garden.
Really hope you beat the Dire! Have a good day!

Agreed.
Wembley is far better than Twickenham which is a souless box.

| Twickenham is a soul-less pile of steaming horse shizzle in a half decent area (i.e. a few pubs / restaurants nearby).
Wembley is the best stadium I have ever been to, but is in the middle of nowhere.
Cardiff is the only one that combines the 2 features required for a big event.

But I found the outside of Wembley souless. There is no atmosphere to the run up at all. Just concrete and industrial estate. I have memories of the wembley way leading to the old stadium and it was all busy with stuff to buy and lots of atmosphere. After sitting on the coach for ages just to get there, everyone is left to hang around on a concrete walkway until the place opened. I was just glad it was a sunny day or else it would have been seriously dreary.
Ponner - be aware of where your coach is parked, btw! You'll lose it. It moves without actually moving.

| Hands down Wembley. Twickers is a fags ground and just naff. OK its in a great location for a nice ale up in twickers, st margs, richmond etc etc... but as a stadium it pants. Love how the yawnion boys say "hey thats HQ your talkign about " yeah I know it is, and its gash !
They will probably only open the lower end in the hudds side anyways

Disagree. The Millennium is a glorified dump to be honest. The view from the lower tier is disgraceful and the facilities were 'done on the cheap' to put it kindly.
I grant you, the experience outside the stadium is better but the Millennium Stadium itself is not a patch on Wembley.
Wembley is a million times better than Twickers, Ponner, and at least you'll have a roof over your head. Enjoy your day.

| Cheers guys. Quite enjoyed the atmosphere outside the Millennium Stadium. Can't wait to see the look on the kids faces as we enter the stadium and they see how big it is.

| Wembley is the better stadium, with the better facilities in the ground, however, IMO, Twickenham has the better surrounding area.
