But seriously, how good does this kid look? He has a certain swagger about him, a self assurance that he is good, and it will only serve him to do better.

| He finishes his tries really well and looks like a future England international.

| Ref should have spotted it but never mind. I thought he might have been off-side for his first as well.
Having said that, looks like he has plenty of quality - imagine him playing outside a Gidley or Lyon.
Shouldn't do interviews though.

I agree. He needs to sort out his kick defence though and showed inexperiance when he stayed on the line for Gidleys try. He looks better than Penny though and will score a lot this year. There are a few good young kids coming through at all the clubs now.

| The only fault I can see in his game is some of his kick returns. A lot of the time he runs across the field looking for a gap instead of going forward and making yards.

| Looks a good prospect, he's quick aswell. Finishes well, but he may struggle when competing for high balls with wingers who are taller than him - I was expecting Saints to target this last night.

| It amazes me how refs read games for forward passes. Some will pick up for passes inches forward, yet the one like tonight was 2 metres forward and let go.
True it was a great finish from the lad, but should have been pulled up.

| He looks a decent player with a lot of heart and confidence. He will become an England international almost by default as it's not like we're overflowing with quality in that position. He's not going to be a superstar, but he should make a decent winger for them if they don't ruin him like they do so many other young players.

| Way too early to make any sort of reasonable assessment. He looks difficult to stop close to the line but having seen him flapping away at kicks the other week I'll reserve judgement in the same way that most of have with Penny.

| It amazes me how much we talk up young players like Ainscough, who is nothing more than solid at this stage. His finishing is good, so far, but he's a world away from the superstars you see come through in the NRL every season. He is already losing his hair, he'll be bald by 23.

| MUNGO shows a lot of promise, but he is still in the honeymoon period were opposition coaches havent worked out what his weaknesses are.
One they have done he will be tested.
Already it has been noted that he is poor dealing with kicks.
As time goes by people will see how is defence is and his stamina
