| Every time they got on our line they scored, this was a very poor Widnes team and I think we was lucky we was playing them today or we'd be out.
It's the worst goal line defence I've seen from a saints team .

You mean it was worse than against the Catalan Dragons?
To me the game just summed up our attitude for the whole of this season. We aren't half missing James Graham.

He wouldn't have improved our goal line defence, unless you don't think Wellens is as good as captain of course.
If our goal line defence had been as consistently bad as that against Catalans, we'd have conceded 50.

The tries we let in today was shocking. Worse than when Royce was in charge even, it was just school boy rugby!

I don't think Wello can motivate like Jammer could and also Wello plays from the back and so can't run around like a madman as Jammer used to do, doing all the last ditch tackling and saving us from the crapper.
Oh, and I'm getting really, really sick of Wello flapping his arms around and moaning all the time.

I was thinking more of the attitude. We were casual against the Dragons. When they fought back we had switched off and gone home. We were the same in this match but of course it mattered more because a loss would have taken us out of the Cup. Frankly, I can't see us getting through the next round no matter who we draw. Fev would kick us out!
Must say at this point that the Fev-Cas match was terrific. It was everything a Cup match should be, and everything the Widnes-Saints match wasn't.

| None existant.
It comes to something when we make the worst team in the League look threatening.
The writing was on the wall when we just scraped by a very poor cas team (admittedly I wasn't at the match last week but they looked awful today against Fev)

If we play like that I agree.

Agreed again. No atmosphere off the pitch, no intensity on it. Seemed like a pre season friendly to me.

I didn't enjoy today's game and I agree It seemed like a pre season game with a flat atmosphere.
To be honest, I was glad when it was over.

| Just one of them games I suppose as we were conceding soft tries, but so were they.
As St Pete says: 'I was glad when it was over'

| what a bl**dy shambles, i was more tired watching that than what i was driving the 600 mile plus round trip. I was so bored so digusted, it beggars belief, and to think that robes comitted that foul, really only wasting times, and in doing so got himself sent off, why try and run the clock down when you are 18 ahead, and only 9/10 minutes to go, and against a team like Widnes who were at that point were demorilised any way, totally stupid.
We are so dam lucky to be in the draw for next round, but any more like that and we will soon be out.

I don't think it was a sin bin offence. We are on their line, the balls dead, they have to wait for them to all get back anyway.

| Agree about sin binning, but he did kick the ball out of a players hand, there by delaying the restart and in the book that is time wasting, and duly penalised, but not sure at that stage of the game if sin was right, but whats done was done and we all saw the outcome.

It was a sinbinning every day of the week. He clearly interfered with the fullback as he tried to pick up the ball. Robes first of all kicked the ball with his foot and then caught the player with his hand. That's a professional foul, no doubt at all.
I was shocked he did it. But I think there is something wrong with our whole attitude this season.

| Saints have been terrible in the last 3 games and have been pretty boring to watch.
Lets hope they start to pick up at the end of the season.
Rather they under perform now than at the end.

| It was a blatant proffesional foul and had it been done to one of our players i would expect a binning.Roby has been around long enough to know the refs and what they are like and what they will penalise.
